Dr. Lisa Arndt and her staff really care about your comfort and well-being. Everyone is committed to do their part to make your visit a rewarding experience.
Each new patient is required to complete a full medical history questionnaire and "new patient" forms. This will assist the doctor to fully understand your problems. You may save time by downloading the "new patient" paperwork, which consists of Patient Consent, Patient History and if necessary Record Release forms, which you can complete at home and bring with you to the office or you are most welcome to complete these forms upon arriving at the office. If you have had recent xrays completed, you are welcome to bring these to your first appointment or we can request these from other facilities.
You will receive a confidential consultation with Dr. Arndt. This consultation is your opportunity to express any health concerns and expectations, and to ask any questions that you may have regarding your condition and care. Patients can expect that Dr. Arndt expresses her role in the provision of your healthcare and discuss your health prognosis. A physical exam will be performed which will include orthopedic and neurological testing, reflex assessments, muscle testing, and a specific Chiropractic evaluation. In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-ray facilities are available in our office for patient convenience and will be ordered if necessary by your Chiropractor.
Your report of findings, which may take place on the same day or on an adjoining day, will include a comprehensive review of exam and xray film results and a discussion regarding your recommended plan of care. Together, you and Dr. Arndt will make a decision regarding how best to proceed with this plan of care to restore you to the best possible form of health and wellness. We will not compromise in providing you with the best chiropractic care available. It is our belief at the Arndt Chiropractic Center that the best outcome of care for the patient is achieved through the hard work and commitment to care with both the patient and the staff working together.
